removing the old Diff Cup?

I have my front diff all apart. I need to replace a diff cup, but for the life of me, I can not figure out how to get it off the giant gear it is on. I know under there somewhere is a pin that needs to come out but how the hell do I get to it?
 
Hey joe. I think there is a small hole that you can use a paperclip and push the pin out and it should come apart. don't take my word for it. I may be wrong and thinking of something else
 
There's a set screw on the side of the diff housing. Remove it and the pin slides out through there. The gear on top of the pin just slides off.

Thanks, Deluge... it actually was just that gear that is stuck on with grease... peeled right off. Now the DR is back to 4wd with it's new belt drive. So, with a 990, belt drive, esp head, dominator pipe, and back to 4wd, this thing is a SCREAMER again!!!
