Just got a front and rear end for my FG restoration project from fleabay and I was wondering what parts do I need for my front lower and rear lower a-arms. I believe there called rose joints? and the appropriate threaded rod.

Renbar, sorry to call you out on the tittle lol, but while searching I discovered that you have the same front lower a-arms as I do. I've looked in all the places that I know of and am affraid that my knowledge is limited to fg resources. Hoping some here can help me.

not sure the threads are reversed. Can that be done? The lower a-arm FG4470 is discontinued too. I'm wondering if any other lowers are compatible with the uppers would hate to have to replace with a modern front end.
 
if you was using plastic rose joints then yes it can be helicoiled cause it will be the rose joint with opposite thread and that you can do by hand use a new rose joint though it will need a new thread then just turn the turnbuckles around job done
 
unfortunately the aluminum is reverse threaded at least that's when I can get it in. who knows it's hollowed out. lol there's a gentleman selling one in the UK ebay too. pitty the item won't ship to the states. arrg
