replacing stock engine??

when i replace my engine on my truck ,what part do i have to file?i also want to put the onroad 2speed for it and change the gears for speed gears..

No two two speeds are necessarily going to be the same. trial and error is the key here

the only mod to a standard engine is when you are putting it in a 4 wd

MCD to miss the centre drive shaft
