reversed clutch shoes

has anyone ever ran leading direction?

Ya, I did that a long time ago and ran like that for a long time. I ended up going back to normal direction for a later engagement. Reversed shoes grab immediatly and can bog a lower torque engine.

how about my 28.9 race ported? will it bog due to low torque?

Naw, I ran a ONB 28.5 for a long time and it did fine, however, that was on a lighter Baja. Just go ahead and try it and see if you like it. Good thing about the Rampage is if you don't like it that it only costs you a few minutes to put it back.
