Here is my first post, I have a question about the rod ends on the KM Baja 5B.

I just picked up a KM Baja and the rod ends are easy to screw the rods into. This is for the upper a arms and the steering rods. Is this normal? I'm used to 1/10 and 1/8 scale where the rods are much tighter to thread. My thought is that it is designed to be this way since all of these turnbuckles are easy to thread.

Not familiar with KM, but loose is NOT GOOD.
Some have locking nuts on.
Others use threadlock - if it's alloy (use BLUE - mild).

If it's plastic, it must be tight.
If in doubt, REPLACE the rod ends - they're not expensive if you hunt around.

Al.
