Take a look at the roll cage under 'General Large Scale RC'. Ask him nicely, and I'm sure he'll do one for less than a grand!!
I've not seen anything, just replacement bars for the plastic at the rear, other than the support, which remains plastic.
 
My mt cage broke at the carry handle, so I cut some aluminum tube, split the handle apart and shoe goo'd it on. now it's nice and sturdy. I'll just keep adding tube as I break it or where I can fit it

thats another great idea thx guys. i was thinking of making one out of mild steel tubing then weld them together just don't have the patient :-)

yep im pretty cheap on prices:clown::clown:

you will find that steel tubing:2guns: will not stand up to being used for a roll

cage i found this out the hard way :no:thats when i made the soild 10mm dia

i used to work for a company:clown: in Blackpool that was connected to

jaguar ...i was maintenance guy there and was able to get stainless steel

bits stamped out...just puts a finishing touch to some things:)
