rovan baja hub extenders

has anyone used the above does it really make much difference to stop them flipping all the time .

Are you talking Baja Q from Rovan.
I bought one for a basher vehicle and it is tough to keep the wheels on the bottom side. But fun!

Not sure if widening the stance might help.
I would be concerned about the extending the hubs and putting extra strain on the rest of the suspension components, first thought would be the A arms.
