I ordered metal gears from rufaster and it just says printed for processing for the past 7 days! Does anyone have an idea of why it hasnt shipped yet? Or a member on here that owns that company? If its gonna take this long I'd just like my money back and order elsewhere it was in stock I don't get it. It says it will be shipped within 24-48 hours and it still hasn't even been processed? I'm goin out on a trip in a week and it's not even on its way... I've ordered from many sites and this has been my only problem
 
he is listed as a vendor on left and I never heard anyone complain about rufaster. In my experience all the vendors on the left have been 100% reliable for me personally. I have used all of them atleast once and never had an issue.

Hopefully he responds to your thread here and resolves your issue

Yes I'm not bad mouthing them at all. I'm sure there great but I paid for the ups shipping which was extra even. I'm just wondering why it hasn't even been shipped out yet in almost 8 days. I ordered a buch of other stuff from vendors on the left and I've had them for a couple days. I can't run without gears that's the only thing I actually needed. I'm getting frustrated!
 
Well there hours end at 5 or I would of. and he emailed me back within the hour and asked for the order number. Said he'd be happy to help so well see how good the costumer service is. its lookin good but well see...
 
I see a pattern here. I emailed when I had the problem with them, aft I had the "processing" email for three straight days. He emailed me back, but it still took me 2 weeks to get my parts, when i paid for one day shipping. I never brought it up on here because I figured I was the only one who had that problem with them.

...got the parts eventually, but missed two weekends of running.. And everyone knows how much that sucks.
 
He's been emailing me and seems very good to deal with, and a nice guy. Good news My order is shipping out today but bad news it was packaged wrong it didn't have the 29t gear. Soo he's expediting it to me and says hopefully ill get it by Saturday as long as it doesn't take two weeks I'd recommend them. He replied within 45 min and seems to be very helpful. Well see what happens from here.
 
Well.. He said it was shipped or being shipped today and now my order is cancled :( . He said it would be a refund but I haven't heard back on how long that will take.. Good news I can just get the belt drive now ;) not sure what the problem was but that's life ordering off the Internet hopefully I get the money back quick so I can make my trip I'll even overnight the belt drive if I have to. So rcdad hopefully you have a lot and won't run out of stock before I get refunded :/

That's good news mike said it should be in there. But I'm thinking it might come back in tomorrow so belt drive here i come!
