This is getting irritating. I finally got my new servo in today and installed it. In the past two weeks i have replaced all of the radio system with a v2 killer bee. Before i replaced the radio system the killer bee would work about 50/50 but i had all kinds of issues. Servos were going crazy all of the time. So today i have been bashing for a few hours and when i had to kill it, i used the kill switch on the motor. Tonight i went to kill it with the radio and it went full throttle right into my garage. Luckily its stand flipped it over before it did any damage. Now here is the crazy part, when i turned everything back on the servo was still at full throttle. I would give it gas and it would move a tiny bit. I would hit the brake and it would brake. It was like the servo recentered itself to wot position. I have a 3pm radio, is there a setting i am overlooking? Is there any ideas? This is the third throttle servo i have put in it so i am sure that isnt it. Any ideas guys.

Wanted to add, that the killer bee keeps the engine from starting.

this may seem like a stupid question...but what servo horn are u using ? the only reason i ask is cuz when i first swapped my servo i forgot to change the horn and the truck seemed fine then i realized the horn was slipping and getting stuck at a throttle on position...once i used the horn that came with my hitec servo it never happened again

Ouch! Sorry for your frustration :(

I wish I had more to suggest but sitting here thinking about it, you've done all I can come up with.

Dozer, i think you have found my problem. I did use the stock horn on the hitec servo. I just went out there and i can move it with my hand and feel it skip teeth. Maybe when the servo tries to go from throttle to brake real quick it skips. I will try that in the morning. main i feel like an idiot.

lol its all good.....it looks like its pretty much the same fit but when u compare em u realize that the hitech has slightly diff teeth and that causes the stock horn to skip.....i overlooked it too so don't feel bad......oh word of advice with the hitech horn.......cross the linkages it works better that way

What is funny is when I changed the steering servo I realized it but not on the throttle. I replaced my last servo because of this reason. I thought it was bad.

I'm a bigger idiot cause I've done that 2 or 3 times.

i noticed when there setup straight like how it is stock...with the hitech horn it tends to bind a bit...and doesn't always like to return to a neutral position by crossing them it turns perfectly smooth and had no problem goin back to neutral
