Runs ending with no spark!!!

Hey guys question for you. Everytime I take my mt out it dies after a good tank or 2. I have a killer bee but that's not causing any issues. I have no spark when i pull plug out so I go home and regap coil and it usually works again. I use red loktight on the coil screws and let sit overnight before I run her again so i don't see it being an issue. I have pullstart outwears but do not have crankcase protector. I have been running in dusty conditions and don't know if its getting sucked up under my coil magnet or if its something different. It's really bugging me that everytime I take it out it ends the same way with no spark. Hope to someday get it sorted out so I can get more fuel through her in a single run.

Have you tried a new plug? How does the armature (The two legs that hover above the flywheel) look? Sometimes they need to be cleaned, along with the magnets on the flywheel. Just buff them with some fine steel wool. While you have it apart, wiggle the flywheel up and down and see if you have any play. Usually when you have to keep resetting the gap, it's because either the coil is moving, or the flywheel is moving. If the flywheel is moving, you have a bad case bearing.

Also, stupid question, but are you testing the spark with the radio on? Obviously, the kill switch won't allow spark if the radio is off. Just trying to cover all the bases.

Ya I am making sure radio is on and killer be is on and good. Flywheel And gap are fine I just looked and there was a ton of grass in by coil. Blew out and now starts. How is the mesh stuff on the bottom of the case work and does it work good? Maybe that's what would help me out.

I don't run an Outerwears on the crank case. Mainly because I've seen them get ripped off by the rear shaft.

This mod seems to get the job done, all you need is some mesh screen and epoxy.

Wanting to order the slammed rc crankcase mesh kit but only version in stock is for the zenoah clutch housing. Am really wanting to make my order so would the outwears protector work good too?

You can use the Zen version. You might have to trim it a bit, but it's nothing major.

They're very minor differences, really. The fit will be the same.

Ok deluge since your the man hahah what would you pick out of these 3 options. Slammer rc, outwears or the mesh mod. Would sooner spend money and do it right cuz am lost with mesh mod. But those are the 3 choices . Please help me pick one.!!!

I'd pick the Slammer Damn. It's more durable than fabric and you don't have to deal with Velcro.
