hi alot of people ask how easy is it to build one of these sandrails, if you can measure, file and have a good eye for angles and can weld you could build one of these

this is a photo step by step to give an idea of whats needed
 
when you get your kit, all the tubes are prebent, the main loop is done and the base chassis is built, you will need to set the main loop at a 90o angle to base chassis, then make your front bulk heads and cut and file the top side chassis rails

once you have it all inplace, lay straight edges across your chassis to check its all level by looking down the chassi lengh, then tack:devil2:

Thinking about it, the welding element will limit sales somewhat. don't forget average Joe cant weld or doesn't have access to a set. If you could come up with a bolt together sandrail you would be on to a winner. Just a thought bud.
 
hi yes i thought that, but i think every one knows someone who can weld.
