Good deal DDM is great it always amazes me how quick they get stuff to their customers. And I live in the middle of nowhere and still 2-3 days everytime.

Wow, nice late Santa stop for sure. Congrats! Coming from the motorcycle world and nitro cars, the ability to simply bolt on a big bore kit in my living vs. buying a $300 engine is very appealing to me.
 
You only have to make sure you install them carefully. Removal is a throw away item. Make sure you install them correctly so they do not fall or pop off after installation.;)
 
I found those visa yesterday. Awesome tut, but the c clips are acessible when you come in from the grooves with a small needlenose. There's nothing to grab. I have a scratch awl, do do you end up having to bend the clips to get them out or something? I've built several nitro engines, but this part is new to me.
 
Got everything in and OMG this thing RIIIPS! Literally. I am in the market for tires now. ANy suggestions?:lol:

Hostiles! I just put a rear set on mine. I did a lot of research and everything I've read leads me to believe they're going to be the best for all around bashing.
 
Dave, I use a SR300 3 channel rx. Comes in handy with the light kit and failsafe I just bought.

Guys, I went with the Hostile knobby tires in Hard compound. Can't wait to get em on. Question- will my stock foam inserts fit them?

I just bought the same receiver, You bought the fail safe on that site as well? Can you elaborate on how it works with SR300 and the DX3S? I think I might have to get one of those. It is the V2-S version that I want right? Works with Spektrum.
