I have followed a scammer to this website and I wanted to know if anyone could offer their help in finding him. A member here by the name of gasgas was scammed by the guy charles sieracki. He scammed me out of my losi lst on RCU. Gasgas said that he solved the matter but it seems that he hasent been on the board in a while. So if anyone has any information that they would like to offer it would be greatly appreciated

If your talking charles sieracki scammed you. I would Google his name and track it down to his latest scam's. A lot will be found on Craig's list and so on. Good luck.
Try PMing Gas Gas to see if he has his Pm's sent to his email at home.

The matter was not resolved and still haven't gotten my truck back. called for him numerous amounts of times but still no hear.
i haven't been on here in a while because im just upset at the whole situation. but lesson learned, i will NEVER do that again!

i have since gotten my giant scale gas plane flying and am in the process of saving for a hpi baja.
 
helllo gasgas sorry for your loss.

i suggest you use the number,get on to your telephone company and try however you can to get info on this number,it can and information on the person can be revealed if you make it a big enough issue.

go to the police with all the info and see what you can do.

thanks. i tried that but with no luck, and its alot harder for me because im overseas. but if someone overthere with the same problem could work with me i can get this matter resolved.

Another thing to think of is if he accepted stolen goods at his company you may be able to push the issue with the owner of the company that he will also be summand if you bring the issue to court?
If both of you do it then it will really be potent to the owner that you are not going away. Certified letters to the site is another way to show your serious about the matter. I will say this again, persistence will pay off. You may also find that others find this post in a search and you can gain more people. More people calling the police the more they will take the issue serious.

if he used his work account for a scam, then he made his company liable for damages of siad scam by using business accounts for criminal purposes.

find out where he works, call the company, tell them the police have been contacted, and you will be calling them into court to damages caused by one of their employees.
