I put the Spur and the gearwheel on the wrong way round...
They both rubbed on the gear carrier so fast, it started to melt...
don't ask me why, ive rebuilt this thing so many times before :blush:

Oh well, Alloy gear carrier here i come :celebrate:

Yeah i got a steel pinion already, just ordered the steel spur and Alloy carrier :celebrate:
