Scz e290 quality of crankshaft

There are the photos of crank shaft Scz after total run time of 5.13 hours.
I went to bashing yesterday and after 3/4 of tank the engine made a iron sound (but go well )
When return to home I unmount flywheel and I see that have play … I think that is unscrew I check and was ok .. when I open reed port I saw that crankshaft have a little play in the 2 side I open all engine and I found the surprise … piston and cylinder are in perfect condition the only but shaft is broken in 2 pieces .. and one bearing has small setbacks (probably for the little pieces of steel in the balls. I wrote at Trevor Shen of Scz but I don't expect anything in te past the support of Scz was null

never seen an scz crank fail that way before mate, i know a couple of people who have had scz's and never had an issue and they ran em hard,
may have just been a flaw in the crank pin that finally let go during yer bash,
i'd say keep trying to get in touch with trevor shen, try and find an email and send him the pictures you posted above ,
if you keep trying he may eventually take notice ,
and contact the place you bought the engine and show them the pictures as well,
engine must be a recent purchase if you only have 5 hours on it,

edit; i thought it was trevor chen not shen that owned scz ?

I bought engine at October 2020 but I mount them on dnt at February the problem is the bad Steel of pin now I bought another crank shaft but I’m not happy from this issue because isn’t a problem of usury … the warranty from rcmodelz isn’t inexistent of pieces for rc model the only street is contact the producer.. and Scz don’t reply …

have you tried contacting rcmodelz though ?
they usually want any defective parts sent to them then they assess if its a warranty claim or not,
if rcmodelz don't want to know keep trying with scz, they may sort something if you keep trying,
at least you have another crank shaft so you can rebuild it now though ,
might be a case of chalk it up to a bad experience and just rebuild and run it , the scz is a great engine, i think you just got unlucky with a bad crank pin,

I didn’t contact rcmodelz because in the past when my flysky brand new after 20 days from I bought break lcd without rason they said that that didn’t know what make… and I had to contact flysky that I sent me a new lcd…
I don’t live in Uk and send crankshaft for evaluation at rcmodelz cost how half crankshaft

I've dealt with RCMODELZ many times, it's where I by my parts. Most parts from them have a 6 month warranty, they are easy to deal with by email, they generally respond within 24 hours.
I've returned a few things under warranty.
Keep us updated anyways, I've not seen a crank do that.

same as kev above mate, i get a lot of stuff from rcmodelz as well, only ever had one or two issues before and always been sorted out quick by em ,
i say you should still contact em, explain that you live in a different country and that it would cost a good amount to post the crank back to em,
send em pics that you posted here and go from there, they may surprise you and help you out quite easily
