sealed bearings?

i just bought a slightly used km 001 buggy. does anyone know if the wheel bearings are sealed type? anyone know where to get an owners manual?

they have a sheild in place on them, you can pop them out and repack them if you want, or better yet get a full set of fast eddy bearings, the complete set has all bearings for entire truck or buggy in kit

Hi m8 the baja bearings are not sealed but they do have dust caps thats all

The rubber shielded bearings are far better for off road cars.

they come with metal sheild bearings ,they are ok but you can,t regrease them just use them untill there worn out then replace with some good ones with rubber seals .

TBH most bearings are made in the far east or eastern europe due to cost even when supplied by companys like nsk, fag or skf.

team fast eddy bearings, DDM carries them, Tulare on ebay carries them, just bout every reputeable dealer carries them,

TFE pro series bearings aren't ceramic, the ones in my link are, TFE want $72 just for ceramic wheel bearings, http://www.tgndistributing.com/ceramic-wheel-bearings.html, not to take anything away from TFE, they are an excellent product but if you want the best ceramics are the way to go, just my 2 cents.

yah i knew they arent cerams, i used the pro series kit on mine and works just fine, was just tryin to throw that option out on the table is all
