what size aluminum servo arms would i need for the throttle and the sterring on my mt? or is it not worth getting them,and staying with the stock ones

I've honestly never had a plastic on break. They do flex though on the steering.

When you upgrade your steering servo, if you purchase from DDM, they give a free servo horn with the purchase.
