Servo issue

I just installed the futaba mount with one hitec d845wp steering servo along with a 5000mah 6v battery from ddm and I got everything plugged in to the receiver and I turn it on to check if the throttle and steering servo work but they don't work but I can plug in my stock steering servo and it work but throttle still wouldn't
Do I have to buy something else to get the d845 to work and to get my throttle to work

Check the leads that happen to me and the leads in servo was coming out of the tip
