What is the proper setting for the ServoSaver?

Depends on your mood. All the way to the top will save your servo, but also give way too easily.


In the middle will be good for most people.


All the way tight will be bad for everyone.

what servo will fit? does it take the bigger Futaba servo ( like the baja) or does it take the slightly smaller Hitech 5745 size servo?


one of the first things id do is put in a beefy servo. and if the bigger servos fit. i d look into the multiplex Jumbo.

The servo is the smaller version, like the Hitec 5745. There is an option al mount coming from Redcat to use teh Baja servos, but that is not redy yet.

Sounds like a good kit for you cnc aluminum guys to get on. servo mounts for Baja servo and a standard size servo with the high tourque ones that we have now.

Redcat is already making.the adapter. I will check on the schedule.

I will tell you from experience that the knurled knob on the servo is very tight and hard to turn. I assume his is so it won't back off on it's on, right?
