Servo upgrade for XB-e

What is a good steering servo upgrade for the XB-e and should i install a BEC unit also?

Thanks i havnt burnt one yet but it looks like a problem spot , but only have had the car for a few days.

I installed the 5765 servo and it works great on my stock Xb-e. View my post for install.
