I want to know which of this servo will work on my dunerunner HS-805BB or HS-5645MG and if they are direct fit or I need to mod anything.

The HS 805BB is a steering servo while the 5645MG is a throttle servo (different size, different output).

If throttle servo is what you are after then yes it's a good servo.
 
Ok thats fine now I want to buy a steering servo u think that 805BB its good and if it is direct fit or other 1 you know its a direct fit.

I haven't had to change the steering servo on my d/r so can't say for sure but on m/t's the steering servo will fit the tray but mounting holes are a little different. simple fix though. you just have to drill a couple new holes and use the hardware supplied with servo. a few minute job.
