shengqi 1/5 Humvee Monster truck

I am on a limited budget and have owned a few tamiya electric buggies over the years,

I am thinking of buying a Shengqi Humvee monster truck from Nitrotek in the uk and would like any thoughts any of you might have on my decision.

I am on a limited budget but have plenty of land to play on, some rough some smooth.

I am stuck on this idea at present but have not parted with any of my cash yet.

Might be a whim or it might turn into a new found love for an old hobby.

Welcome Paddy, check out the XTM/Firehammer/Carson clone section of the forum. There is tons of info on these clone trucks. The Shengqi from what I have read aren't too great, but read up a bit, it'll give you a pretty good idea of what to watch out for.
