shengqi wheels???

hi all.
i recently took out my shengqi truck and i rounded off the square on the inside of the wheel. i have been looking and some wheels and i really like the fg baja and the fg stadium wheels, but one thing that is concerning me is that because the wheels are narrower that it will make my trick flip more and therefore break more often????Is this right?? If it is which wheel would hold better??
