Which one of these shock covers fit the Rampage MT stock shocks? or do I have to call em and get em custom made?

The Baja shock covers will fit.

The Baja has to differnt size shocks no?..... so whta would I have to order 2 sets and use the rear only?

One set. They might be a little long, but you can trim them.

Yes they are long you can trim them or tuck them inside the spring also.
