shock oil advise

Rule of thumb on standard springs for the FG Leopard/Marder race shockers, we always used 3000 in the front and 2000 in the back but that was FG oil, I don't know what this stuff is like.
 
Well i'v bit the bullet and ordered some, i'l post results when it comes.
I'v been reading about the balloon springs for the rear, what are your views on them?
