I bought a KM Baja as you are aware and am made up with its performance but can anyone tell me a decent shock oil to use as the suspension is a bit 'bouncy' to say the least.

other way round with mine mate it had treacle as shock oil, hpi do a specific shock oil for bajas, i use 10w in the front and 15w in the back, with the hyper adjust pistons fully open.
 
this was my old set up,worked well for me

front 40wt HPI oil,with standard springs

Rear 15wt HPI oil,standard upper springs with ramtech lowers
 
HPI is using Fork Oil for Motorcycles and Quads. but alot of guys use silicone shock oil with fine results.


15h pistons 15w oil rear, 3 hole 40w front i beleive. it may be swapped for the oil, 15w front, 40w rear, i don't really remember off the top of my head.
