shock problem

when i go out for a bash one of the shock adjuster nuts works its way back up the thred which makes the baja sit to one side at the rear!!
anyone else had this problem? any thoughts please!!?

there is a rubber oring in the adjuster collar. remove the collar and either replace the rubber ring, or let it soak in some oil for a day or two and swell up a bit.

I also just had this happen. I may get mad enough to wrap the housing with plumbers Teflon tape and make it stay. :laugh:

sometimes the oring just needs to be replaced too.

You could squish the threads with a pair of pliers, that would stop the collar from moving.

Had the same prob. with my first 5B, even after replacing the rubber washer.
I used another adjuster nut, and lock the pair against each other, or use a stainless steel pipe/hose clamp.
