This might be a stupid question but what is wrong with this pic?

Looks like the post on the left is the same as on the right. For some reason I must be having a real bad brain fart but I cannot get this to work. Are the post supposed to be the same?

Yup, you have two right braces. You need a left brace. You should send(email) that picture to Redcat for replacement.

I could be wrong but u may just have to twist the left one a bit, they are a little goofy to figure. And I see stock shock towers, if they're bent at all that'll give u trouble, ( the braces also work with redcat aluminum towers, 20bucks) don't tighten screws till u get all positioned, and watch the ones to the top plate they'll twist if over tightened...

Did you replace them with new parts? Or did you simply undo them and not sure which way they went?

For the XB, those braces come in a separate bag. They are not installed by the factory. It is because they don't fit under the body. It is left up to the new owner to decide if he wants to install them and trim the body to fit.

Thanks guys. Thought I was going crazy. I am going to order the 7075 shock tower and make the braces fit. That should make it strong.

Nope. These were still in a bag hiding in my tool box. I just did not know what they were for. I just put them on for the pic to show why they were not fitting.
