I contacted Redcatracing and was told the new Rampage XT is out of stock and new supply is coming out on April 15-20. Search the internet and found one for $559+$40 shipping. Factory is going to sell it for $659.00 when they come out. My question is should I wait for the new one? Is there going to be an improvement? Has anyone heard anything? They won't tell me when I ask them except the release date. I'm a total believer of gas RC after I saw a friend bought the rampage XB and he let me try it. Awesome machine. Tired of electric cars. So quiet. Kinda gives you a glimpse of what the world's gonna be like after all the oil in the world has dried out. Can you imagine driving an electric Ferrari or Lamborghini? What a scary thought :)lol Thanks.

I don`t think there will be any changes yet. But wait for Rob to respond. Then you will now for sure.

My buddy and I Pulled the trigger on the XT and they will be here in The Morning.


XT is lighter and has a bigger motor Also they are in-stock thats why i went ahead and got it. BC when they out of stock its a pain to want something no one has LOL

Good call Triggerman. Your gonna like the XT alot. The lighter weight won't confine you to such a small choice of gearing. I like the XT cause with some 5T tires you can maintain the monster truck look but have the agility and speed of a buggy.
