Single Pole Switch?

Is it ok to use a single pole switch for the power supply? Usually both the positive and negative leads are switched. But I just want to switch the positive lead and leave the negative connected. I would imagine its fine?? Thanks

That will be fine as it only takes one break in the circuit.......
