Single servo on Dual servo setup?

I got two new servos yesterday for my v3 mt Turnigy S8166M with 458oz of torque each at 6v.Can i just use one of the servos with the dual servo setup on my v3 mt to save on weight and battery? Or do i need to have 2 servos installed on a Dual servo setup?

You can run one or two, it's your choice. I have two rampages and one runs with 1 steering servo and the other with two and I don't notice much of a difference if any at all.
