Snappy rc

When venting the tank do I need to trim one of the fittings I have never used the snappy rc kit any help would be great also I only got 2 brass fittings is it best to use 3

Yes, you vent and return line should not touch the fuel.

Best way or cut would be a Dremel?

Yep, Dremel or cut off wheel on a grinder, both work great.

When installing the gromet for the snappy fuel kit do you need to enlarge the hole in the tank having trouble getting it

Nope. It's a tight fit.

Use a bit of 2stroke oil to help. Also, install it with only the pickup line installed.

agreed its a very tight fit but alot easier as rcdad stated to put oil around the rubber and only the pick up line installed in the gromet once installed it will help also on the other 2 lines if you cut your fuel line on the end at a small angle then the point is easier to slide in the gromet. Put oil on the ends of the line also.
