If you want waterproof get the one you found for the most part you don't need a waterproof servo if you don't submerge the servo they will be fine in wet and snow...I use the super speed servo for trottle....the quicker the servo the quicker trottle response...cordless titanium gears
  • Combines leading edge technology with super high 12 bit (4096) resolution and titanium gears.
  • Super light-weight.
  • Coreless motor provides high speed, incredible efficiency, and low power consumption.
  • Extremely strong titanium gears.
  • The aluminum case design not only looks good but also allows for lower operating temperatures.
  • Our servos are totally green – from materials to production, these servos are environmentally friendly.
  • Ideal for CCPM on 600 and 700 class heli, steering servo on 1/10 scale buggies.
Never had hitec they are supposed to be the best...for steering I run this....
40kg mega torque @ 7.4v
* 0.17sec/ 60 high speed @ 7.4v
* Dual ball bearing
* Aluminium heatsink case
* 12 bit (4096) resolution
* Coreless motor, high efficiency, low power consumption
* Great for steering, throttle applications in 1/5 Vehicles (HPI, HSP, Baja, NuTech, Smartech, etc)

Okay i think i ruind my stearing servo also today .After over 1 houer bashing.
Idk if it was the wet grass that killed it. I know it don't go over end point or over shoot the servos. i do know its a old baja that's not been used much at all before i got it. So could be cuse it been standing in a garange for 3 year before i got it.

Anyway i need a good stearing servo.

Heres my options: https://www.elefun.no/p/kat.aspx?k=680&

I also melted my gear into gear cover:P it was melded and rly hard to get open. but I guess i need alloy cover.

Guys this baja is going to cost me sooo much!:D I have like 12 items from ebay on the way also :P

Nah.Well it melted at the top so it got stuck to the cover. The gear/teeth is okay, Just the outside, ill put picture when i charge my phone.
But yeah dominator pipe is ALOT extra power lol :D But ill be looking into a metal gear's or something. Am going all in and fix every issue i find on this baja. And hope it will stop :D
