I emailed him Friday. Everything is on the up and up. He's not taking orders for the next 4 months. He's rebuilding some of his molds and making some other new ones. He asked If I would like him to email me when he starts taking orders again. Which should be near the beginning of January. Which will work out nicely.

So I ordered the Hull today. Should have it in about 3 weeks from what Steve says . And this is what she will hopefully look like when I'm done.

How big was this one coop 1/12th or 1/8th ?

It's 1/8 scale. 45 inches long and 23 inches wide. 9inches longer than the twin.
