Remember too, everything is painted on the inside of the body, so everything is painted in reverse! And that's why my truck body is one color!
They are MCD tyres Trip.

It may be accidental camera perspective Trip.
The wheels ARE alloys, by JA Racing in UK (didn't see them advertised last time I looked unforunately, as they are excellent) and were said to be IDENTICAL in the fundamental dimensions to the FG MT ones - diameters, width, holes etc., EXCEPT, they don't have the extra fake bolts moulded in like the plastic ones, so they're a little plainer.
The tyres, as mentioned are the MCD ones, into which I've inserted FG MT foams. I toyed with the idea of full pneumatic wheels, then thought about if/when I hit one rock too many .... !!!
Basically MCD MT tyres on alloy 'replica' FG MT wheels.

That's what it was, the tires are MCD... The tread looks very close to the FG tread, but the sidewall is what was throwing my eyes off... I didn't know you had MCD tires... That would explain the sidewall!
We should probably get back to this guys amazing painting skills! I hate it when people hijack a thread and start talking about themselves. :lol: So I don't want to do it to this guy!
