yes a hitec i bought last week, standard trans is poop,
my buggy is in bits as i lost the brake up that field, im getting some alloy plate tommorow rebuilding the back end and all engine mounts,
when u bought your alloy did you get it local or?

i took all the front end to mate, who's got his own metal shop and did it on computer (drawings, sizes etc..) then uploaded it to a machine cost me a £120 to have it made.

i will wait untill u,ve had a bash then check it out, an copy lol,
my mate is making the alloy back end, an mounts for me by hand, in his shed im eager to see how he gets on,
ive bought the alloy plate today 270 by 230, 10mm thick for 12 pound, better price than ebay and local 2 will post some photos when done, the engine mount on the right is done, suprising how much of a difference it makes already
