Help I can't move. Dam post Thanksgiving turkey and gravy sandwiches have immobilized me. I already told my wife we're eating salad for Christmas.

Yeah I over did it to. I have been on a weight loss mission to for the past couple months. I got up to 280lbs and I am 6' so yeah I was way way to fat lol.

I bought an exercise bike and started eating right I am 242 as of this morning. Yay! for me!
