What is the best spark plug for my KM 23cc? And what should the gap be on the plug? One more thing, how do you adjust the brakes on the KM baja so it will stop better?

NGK CMR7H plug

As far as the braking the best thing you can do is to upgrade your throttle/brake servo to a good high torque servo. Something with a minimum of 150oz. of torque or more would work great.

Right above your brakes you will see the end of your brake linkage that's threaded and has a black plastic adjuster there. You can screw that towards the front of the buggy to give you more brakes but don't adjust it too far and make the brakes hang at idle. This sometimes will help you a little but ultimately a servo upgrade is what your going to need to get good strong brakes.

They can technically be shimmed, too. The HPI SS manual has lots of good info on the Baja buggy.
