I'm using the NGK CR7HIX plugs. I don't run the truck and car enough to fine-tune which 'temperature range' I prefer.

Everyone will tell you to be VERY CAREFUL with K&N filters, as they filter very little, when the going gets dusty, even with a pre-filter. I use one on my MT, but have a well-oiled TGN pre-filter on and avoid very dusty environments.

Thanks so much for the advice, this truck is great but it came with NO instructions at all, nothing for breakin, tuning ect.... Had nitros for years this is a bit different. I may just stay with the stock 2 stage filter is was just lookin for something simple for air filter. Thanks again!!!

If you're looking at different types, all are 10mm fitment I think.
You MUST have an 'R' in the reference, that refers to resistor, to avoid interference with the radio set.
The reference I gave you was for the Iridium ones. Frankly, they're longer, so a little more exposed, and I don't run them enough to see if the 50% extra price is worth it.
Before you buy, look around as there are plenty of offers around.

CAREFUL - ensure that if you go for the ones I mentioned that they come with the cap, to permit clipping the HT lead on - this plug has a screw thread at the top only and some suppliers don't supply with the extra cap.
