spear and jackson 33cc

just been on ebay soom dude selling spear and jackson 33cc two stroke motors, he,s got them in the petrol rc section,and says they good for large scale, and he got 6 avalible all new at 26quid each, are they any good and at that price are they worth a punt.

Never heard of them. Maybe they are a chainsaw motor of some sort. Might be worth it for the price

hi by the looks of it its a engine for a strimmer oh sorry it is just keep on reading mucker but im not sure if they are any good .
there is a guy that i saw he bought a stillsaw engine and ported and we all know that still has a good engine
you could get one and try it out but i think there will be a few modifications need to fit to your gasser

i have a similar motor sitting here, it wont work. the crank is far too long, no way to attach a clutch housing or clutch. might work ok in a boat, but not a car, at least not without a lot of ingenuity.
