There are many radios to choose from. It all depends on budget. You can choise from futaba, spectrum, Airtronics, ko propo and flysky.
From experience, get something that your friends or local club is familiar with..
The amount of info/tips and help ull get from them can be very beneficiary.
Trust me, you don't want to end up with a system that's complicated and none/few are familiar with

Another thing to look out for...
Flysky radios seem to send the Spektrums into a glitching frenzy when they are in range of each other.

I believe that has to do with the fact that Spektrum doesn't hop frequencies, it's pretty much locked on until you power off the system and frequency hopping radios can invade the Spektrum frequency, causing glitching issues.
