Speed on fg marder race

I have a brand new marder race with Fg tunedpipe on.

I have breaked him in 2 tank`s and ill was trying top speed today but only get 37 mph (GPS) on 16200rpm.

Shold it be right?

If your looking for speed it will take some gear ratio changes. Also remember you will loose low end when adding high end.
