Well I down loaded an speedometer app for my droid and strapped it to my cars to see what was fastest.


Rampage MT 29 MPH


Slash 4x4 29 mph on 2s


Vorza Flux 32 mph on 4s


Savage XS 33 mph on 2s


and my fastest vehicle is:


1/16 Revo 37 mph


all speed runs done on asphalt.


All my cars basically run stock motors. what does this mean? Absolutly nothing but just figured I would share, I personally was always curious on the speeds of my vehicles.


to be honest i was thinking my electrics would run like 45 mph, I was shocked when I saw 37 mph was the fastest. I don't want my cars any faster really, So when these company's advertice max speed 65 mph, thats just crazy, these electric cars/trucks would be way out of control at 60 mph +.

My RC10B4.1 has been clocked at 82mph. Once it gets to those speeds, it's purely for drag purposes.
 
I downloaded an app too. Did the same thing I wasn't to impressed. Im gonna try a few other free ones to see. Next for good measure, im gonna follow that MT down the road as a passenger in my wife's truck. Hopefully she wont run me over, lol;) Damn that's scary now that I think about it:eek:
 
It's easier to just take the phone and app in the wife's truck and see how it compaires.
