Just plug it in to the AUX plug. Depending on what radio you're using (DX3, 3e, 3s, 3r, 3r Pro) and what model killer bee you have (v1, v2, v2s) will determine how to set it up. For example, I'm using a dx3e and a killer bee v2s on my Baja 5t. My KB is hooked into my 3rd channel but isn't set up to kill the motor via 3rd channel switch, it's setup to kill the motor with the on/off switch.

I have an Aux,thr, str and bind channel in my receiver. I'm running a dx3c radio. Does that mean I plugg tha battery to the Aux with the kill switch? I bought the latest one.

Ok I am useing a dx3c and you plug the killer bee into the aux and the reciever into its regular port. To kill the engine just turn off the transmitter.
