Start with turning them down until they have no play, and hten about 1/4 more. It all depends on how you drive.

ok cool but the back piggy back retaining ring is almost all the way down and there's no play on the spring should i keep it there beacuse if i go any futher the ring is going to fall off also do u have a good link on how to fill the shocks
