Here is a recent DOM I have been working with. I have turned it into a three stage chamber and brought the exit out the back.

I am going to check body fit next and then make a couple clearances around the body mount and my cage brace before I weld it all out.

wow sprint, your a freakin work-a-holic...

anxious to see the performance of this pipe compaired to my sprint dom. who ever gets it is obligated to post vid's.

I will not be posting these new test pipes for sale at this time. I am testing them in preperation for my Redcat fleet and my Custom Fabrications sponsored Racing Team.

Well on this one I went for a three stage efect by adding on more short angle Then onto the lengthened convergent cone. There is a fine line with this aproach. It will change the "HIT point" or in tune of the pipe. In the DOM 's case I hope it lowers the point in RPM and keeps it longer to make it a more of a track pipe .

As far as this aproach I do have some knowledge and it is not all guess work , but the results are not always guaranteed and often not the same between engines.

For sure with a longer convergent (less angle) that pipe will keep longer after its max RPM it was designed, but with less pipe effect on all the rpm range... and etc..

Anyway, I know you know how work each section of a pipe and their effects, it was only to know why you made it longer.
