Well just like the title says my poor xt wants to punch the clock when i give even the slightest touch of breaking. The stock carb has been a roller coaster ... is there a easy fix ? or is it time for a upgrade. I'm all ears for any ideas
 
Turn your idle screw clockwise, a bit. Sounds like the butterfly valve is closing too much when you brake, and it's choking the engine.

Deluge you are rite on the money with that prognosis thanks a ton , I was worried that I would have to change my tuning. The weather in Idaho has me back and forth as it is
