My xb won't start at all. It ran and when I turned it off to refill. It hasn't started since. Any suggestions.

Check to make sure you're not flooded, then check spark.

As andyken also said, if you're running a kill switch, make sure that's deactivated. I did that once and pulled pulled pulled until I realized the stupid kill switch LED was flashing. I forgot to deactivate it. Duh.

Also don't be afraid to pull the pullstart of and check for debris... Had grass get into mine and wouldnt let the magneto create spark... Check by leaving the plug in the wire and rest the plug bottom on the cylinder head, pull the pullstart and look for spark.. Probably not the case but had me stumped this evening lol

Re: Start issues

I had grass get all over my coil and caused ny rig to not start so I got a slammer Damn and haven't had that issue since

Not to get off topic, but, is it ok to run without the stock plastic head cover, the piece that holds the kill switch, and goes around the plug? I've yanked mine and duct taped the kill switch into the slot just to test it out....

Re: Start issues

You can run withought it but from my understanding you will need airflow over the head and the fan won't be directing the air over the head
