starting trouble

ok i went through the truck and made sure every thing was tight, charged the reciver pack did all the radio checks. I pit fuel in the truck at 25:1 like the book says. Primed the truck and started right up. Did the idle check and did the break in with a tank of gas running slow and medium speeds. the truck peeked 2 times at 226 degrees and the radio yelled at me for 1 sec then the temps came down. brought the rig in and wiped it down. put another tank of gas in it and now it wont start. I have fuel going into it, and I have spark. the rig wont even sputter. I know it doesen't matter what rig it is but it is a Losi 5ive-t

anyone know what this is, looks like it fell out of the truck but im not sure. Can't find where it goes.

It looks too thick, but it's not off the throttle link to the carburettor is it?
Never know what options some people put on trucks.

What make/type of truck is it? what engine/carb is on it?

The pice I found is the body hold down under the truck. It's a Losi 5ive-t and it's a 26cc CY engine.
