Hi all

Got a rampage mt a month ago. Now the steering servo only has limited range of motion. Ie: only five degrees either way. But when I turn it on, it does that self check thing with normal range of motion but when driving no go...any ideas on what is wrong?

Nothing is jamming the steering I even disconnected the servos attachment and no diffence.

Thanks

Do both steering servos have limited movement? If so, have you checked your EPA?

Does it work with the wheels off the ground?
Yes, both servos are doing the exact same thing. And there was no change even with the wheel mechanism disconnected.....I'm sorry, what is EPA?

Thanks

EPA = End Point Adjustment. Basically, it limits or extends servo arm travel. This is adjusted using your transmitter.
That's the funny part, when I use that, the range is greater with the adjustment. But when I use the steering part of the control, five degree of movement either way....very wierd.

I'd try a rebind and see if that helps. It seems unlikely that both steering servos would fail with the same issue at the same time.

Also, is your battery charged?

I would agree, it's seems more and more like a control issue. Batteries are fully charged as I tried again after a recharge....no go. I will attempt a rebind and I may have to take it in to the shop... :(
